For those people interested in St. Paul violin lessons, I have my Masters Degree in Violin Performance from DePaul University.  In addition, I am Suzuki teacher trained in all ten books.  If you would like to gain performance experience, my students have the option in playing in two recitals per year as well as the Minnesota Federation of Music Clubs.

I teach at a couple of locations for those students and parents who would like St. Paul violin lessons.  My Maplewood location, Christ United Methodist Church, serves Woodbury students across from 3M and the second one is in St. Paul.

For those students looking for St. Paul violin lessons, I use the well established Suzuki  method.  Current concertmasters Erin Keefe and William Preucil of the Minnesota Orchestra and Cleveland Orchestra respectively began studying the violin using the Suzuki method.  If a student desires learning some fiddle pieces, I  give fiddle lessons as well.St. Paul Violin Lessons  My lessons are taught in and around Saint Paul, and the surrounding suburbs of Falcon Heights, Roseville and North St. Paul.

St. Paul violin lessons are taught at a local church.  Como Park Lutheran Church is close to the intersection of Snelling/Hoyt Ave, and the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

For those of you interested in St. Paul violin lessons whose children attend Chelsea Heights Elementary School or Brimhall Elementary School, I’m just a few minutes away.  In addition, I am also very near Roseville High School.

If students are looking for St Paul violin lessons, I also teach Northern and South fiddling styles as well.  Northern fiddler, Aly Bain, is author of 50 Fiddle Solos.  Upon listening to his music, Northern style fiddling has less double stops.  In addition, I believe Northern style fiddling music is more melodious.  If you desire to learn Southern style fiddling, I would recommend listening to Mark O’Connor.  As with a lot of Southern style fiddle music, there seems to be more double stops (two or more notes played together) than with Northern music.

Please contact me if you have any questions about my teaching style regarding St. Paul violin lessons.  I can guarantee that I will almost always get back to you in a few hours.

Please inquire as to specific availability, days on which I am at this location, and lesson times available.  I fill up quickly so the more advanced notice, the better.

If the above lesson times and days do not work for you, please contact me and I can try to work something out that is mutually convenient for you or your child.
